Cat Day 5-2

Today we were trying to identify all of the organs so that we could try to identify some of the muscles in the cat that we missed in cat day 4. We only managed to identify the organs though. I found it really easy to identify which organs were which but getting the top organs out of the way to identify the deeper organs was difficult. I found it really difficult to take the liver out and it kept breaking off inside the cat. Once it was out though, it was really easy to identify the rest of the organs. I thought it was pretty funny because Kylar seemed to be grossed out by the cat poop in the anus. We took cross sections of the stomach and jejunum. I found the stomach really interesting because the rugae looked so intricate.
