Cat Day 2-1

Toady we began dissecting the cat. We had to find 8 muscles on the cat. It was so nice having a partner again after my last cat day. I was pretty excited to get in and start dissecting today. When we first began I looked at our skinned cat and had no idea where different muscles were. It all looked like a large muscle covering the entire cat. Once we started removing the fascia I started to see the individual muscles like the latissimus dorsi and the pectoralis major. It took Audrey and I all of 2nd period and about half of 6th period to finally find and label all the muscles that we needed to. I can't to start looking at the other muscles that we've seen so far.
